No Food waste does not offer refunds.
At the time of donation, No Food waste clearly states that all donations are final.
All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
In case of genuine or valid reason for refund, donors can contact No Food Waste using contact form or email and If No Food Waste finds the reason as valid, refund will be done within 15 working days
No Food waste offers a message system as a tool for a donor to communicate and talk about any problems and resolve issues.
We also offer funders to share about no food waste donation campaign in social media and other networks so donors have other ways to contact no food waste.
Cancellation will be made only if the donation committee finds the reason is genuine
The cancellation request must be made within 2 working days of donation.
For cancellation of donations, the donor should email us at info@nofoodwaste.org. An email confirmation is sent within 2 working days to the requested mail ID saying if the cancellation request can be processed or not.
